These remedies have been used for centuries as part of a women’s daily beauty regime.

members of mine.
Remedy 1: In the morning there are 2 main things you should do. Firstly it’s important to drink water as your body can get dehydrated overnight. It’s also important to wash your face with cold water not wot warm water.
Washing your face with cold water can not only wake you up in the morning but also open up your pores allowing more blood flow to your eyes and reducing puffiness.
Its recommended to drink 2 glasses of water each morning and wash your face with cold water for 20 seconds.
Remedy 2: Cinnamon and lemon steam bath! In boiling water add 2 sticks of cinnamon and half a lemon. There’s no need to cut it up just chuck the whole lot in, and leave it to boil for 8-10 mins.
Once the aroma starts to come out turn off the heat and pop your head over a bowl to steam your face.
Try not to cover you hear with a towel as you may accidentally spill the water from your bowl. It’s best to move your hair out of the way by tying it up.
If you have sensitive skin make sure not to steam for long. It may be advised to avoid adding the lemon and steaming with just the cinnamon, as the acid can add to the sensitivity.
It’s advised not to steam your face for more than 2 days per week and no more than once a month if you’re prone to sensitive skin.
