The Samsung Galaxy ON5 is a mid-range smartphone with a simple technical profile but one that does not lack anything. With an HD 5-inch screen, 8 megapixel camera, an attractive housing/design and a leather trim, it is a device worth looking into. This article takes you through the features/characteristics and specifications of the Galaxy On5 as well as provides a Samsung Galaxy On7 review. You should also note that this is the counterpart to the Samsung Galaxy On7.
Design
Samsung has done its homework with regard to design, opting for more stylized forms and quality materials, especially at the high end of their device spectrum, but the middle range also benefits from this change. The Samsung Galaxy ON5 has a design that follows the line to which we are accustomed, with a form of rounded corners and the classic front home button. The device is surrounded by a metal frame that is combined with a polycarbonate housing, a type of very resistant plastic that is finished with leather. It has a thickness of 8.2 mm and weighs 149 grams. The Samsung Galaxy ON5 is available in black and gold.
Display
Large screens are not only a thing for high-end phones, now 5-inch panels have become the norm in simpler smartphones such as the Samsung Galaxy ON5. It has a large screen, but allows relatively easy handling with one hand. In this case the panel is TFT display which offers HD resolution (1,280 x 720 pixels), which results in a pixel density of 293 dots per inch.

The main sensor is accompanied by LED flash and has the usual features such as auto focus, geo-localization, digital zoom and image editor. It also allows you to record videos, and do it in 1080p HD resolution.
Power
The Samsung Galaxy On5 incorporates an Exynos quad core processor, operating at a clock frequency of 1.3 GHz. Supported by 1.5 GB of RAM, lacking but these are the norms for a smartphone of this type.
Operating System
The operating system is Android 5.1 Lollipop and comes with the Samsung Touchwiz interface. In addition to the package of Google apps, Samsung adds features such as Samsung Smart Manager, Milk Music & S Calendar.
Applications
As with most smartphones it has access to a large ecosystem of Android apps with a large number of quality titles such as Facebook, WhatsApp, Clash of Clans, YouTube and you can even use two Instagram accounts on a single device with Instwogram. Samsung also wanted to do their part in adding to the number of applications. Among them we emphasize on the Samsung Smart Manager to free up space or RAM in the smartphone or Samsung Milk Music, a music platform brand that promises to be delightful.
