According to reports on Bloomberg, the Samsung Galaxy S10 could launch with support for 5G,
Perhaps the most important tidbit from the report is support for
“fifth generation wireless chipset.” As Verizon continues to roll out it’s 5G network, Samsung is reportedly in talks to have the Galaxy S10 launch on Verizon.
Another important point to note is the inclusion of an “in-display fingerprint sensor”. A feature that appeared on smartphones like the
OnePlus 6T and Huawei Mate 20 Pro.
Reports also suggest that there will be three versions of the Galaxy S10. One of which will be “an affordable” option. Of course, with a cheaper version, some features may be removed.
On another note, the Galaxy S10 is set to be 5.8-inch like the Galaxy S9. However, with “almost no bezel” the display will be larger.
Lastly, the Samsung Galaxy S10 will most likely launch with Android 9 Pie. Perhaps with an interface that looks like the recently leaked Galaxy S9 Android Pie Beta. There’s also a model, rumored to be in development, that ditches the headphone jack.
