Xiaomi Mi 4 & Mi Note Marshmallow Update: the MI4 is set to receive the upgrade to Android 6.0 Marshmallow. Reports from GizmoChina claim that a Weibo post by a Xiaomi operations manager, says, the Xiaomi Mi 4 are confirmed to receive Android Marshmallow as an OS update in the very near future. He also said that the Beta version will be available soon. No exact date mentioned.
The Xiaomi Mi 4 and Mi Note will be one of the first Xiaomi devices to get this OS upgrade. The operation manager also uploaded a photo of the Mi4, with Android 6.0 Marshmallow installed, with the version number MRA58K and MIUI 7.5.11.20 as the developer version.
